Does anyone who live in another country receive Truro ticket from ticketmaster already?

I have not received yet.
And they say "Truro Hall for Cornwall, Box Office Collection Accepted: No Cobos"

its mean the venue don't accept box office collection?
I sent mail through Ask Question Form twice, but they have not replyed me...

Unfortunately, I cant speak english well, so cant use telephone...

I've received them to Ireland, but ticketmaster had to make special arrangements. The tickets are sent by recorded delivery and the company they use does not deliver outside the UK. I rang ticketmaster and the guy there arrange to have them sent recorded delivery via the Royal Mail (which was nice). No cobos - Well COBO means 'Care of Box office'. You could try ringing the venue, to check. If you want some help with English, I could make a couple of phone calls for you. I'll check to see will the send them to Japan. Is that what you want? Or do you want to collect them from the box office?
