I think it was released in Austrailia under that title or at least initial copies were available with that title.
I prefer the title Viva Hate.

viva hate is much better... has a better ring to it.

"Education in Reverse" is actually etched on "Viva Hate"

Correct, there was I think one pressing done with that title but they're hard to come by
