deluxe box set download from Rhino - cananyone help??

please can someone help. Bought the deluxe box set and arrived yesterday..i have the code from Rhinoto enable me to download the tracks, however cannot locate on their website where to enter the code. I have emailed their c/services dept withoout reply...

I found the only way to do it was to download each single/album/video individually.

You only can enter this area if you bought the original box set.
There's a code with it and you must insert it on this code area!!!
