I have a (NME Poll Winners test pressing [UK NME, 7": GIV1]) that is beige. It has the names of the bands written on the top right of the white sleeve. I can scan both if you would like.

I wouuld like to see a scan of the biege label. I think I agree with Stephane that the white labels were probably used for promotion whilst the yellow/green labels were the actual test pressings. I'm not sure where that leaves your biege label one though?

Sorry guys,
I pulled it out and it is a white label.I must of been thinking of something else. The one I have is in a white paper sleeve with a sticker on the sleeve with the bands and tracks.
But the label on the record is just plain white on both sides.
My bad..
