I have the test pressing 7" with the alternate mix on side A (RT 156 A-1U-1-1-1). Mine is 2-sided. Can't play it at the moment, but the matrix is the same as the standard b-side (RT 156 B-1U-1-1-1 ILL FOREVER) and the grooves are not uniform like on a test tone pressing. Nothing written on the b-side label.

I'm guessing it has a solid centre? What's written on the a-side label?

Yes, solid center.
Written on the label are the band, the title, ROUGH TRADE, and RT156.

i got it in the common sleeve, no photo copy sleeve.

but in my opinion its more likely, that someone put sleeve
and record together.
