I usually enjoy 2 cups a day and my memory is pretty good. I just tend to drink it because it tastes great, but there are health benefits to it as well, which never hurts.

I do not enjoy coffee, I am a tea person.Even with tea, it has to be saturated with lemon.

I live in the baystate, Massachusetts.I am sure I could find those, I know of a few import shops that I frequent.Yes, some biscotti can break your teeth if you are not careful.I tend to make my cookies myself, then they can be made to my liking, such as biscotti.
