I did a lot of thinking this weekend......

Calvin and Hobbes.
I was doing some background research on C&H this morning. I did not know until now, that Calvin is named afer the famous THEOlogian Calvin. And Hobbes is named after Thomas Hobbes -- the famous philosopher. How cool!

There's some evidence supporting that the strip takes place there too.
He retired at the peak of the strip and never allowed it to be turned it into
a spoiled merchandising product, infuriating his syndicator. Now he's a recluse in Chagrin Falls, like our own J.D. Salinger!

I don't see why these new screen names are popping up (such as "Me") to call for Andy Ison to be banned. I'm glad she pushes stuff to the bottom of the list. All the stupid, embarassing stuff I posted yesterday is almost gone from sight!!

Yes. Once upon a time the funny pages were the best part of the newspaper.
Sadly it's not the case anymore.

Yes, ehem, I was happy to see that a post made by my favorite cyber stalker, was drowned out by Andy's posts.
I don't know who 'Me' is, but someone with a UK AOL proxy posts a lot of insulting things here, under different names.
I don't think you wrote anything to be embarrassed about. You have a nice little fan base here. I have learned that one can be the nicest, most generous person on a message board, and still have bullies who want to insult him or her. It is just like JR high. And some people are still pissed that they had to eat lunch all alone.
