Can someone please tell me what a "girlfriend in a coma" is?

It means he's going to go to a hospital where a girl is in a coma, and pay a nurse to let him have sex with her (like what happened to Uma Thurman in Kill Bill). Pretty self explanatory this one, I would have thought.
