The Government should walk away from the Article 50 negotiations and leave the EU immediately with no deal. The EU looks set to offer us a punishment deal out of spite. Why wait another 18 months when we could leave right away and fully take back control of our country, lawmaking powers and borders?

I’m holding off renewing my passport because I want a blue one. I hope it’s that size too. Needs to be darker though. The old ones were a blue/black ink shade.

I think an announcement by the government that after current stocks of the maroon one are gone the blue will be reintroduced would be a symbolic move that might help quieten down those still convinced we’ll be stitched up and stay in the EU.

Edit: Ah. Read all the article now, and it’s a shame we have to wait that long, but it’ll be worth it in the end.

I've only ever known the German passport. I was on my mothers passport before that lol And they had better be made in Britain and NOT Germany. Start as we mean to go on

I will believe, we are actually leaving, the way we voted to leave, when we leave, with NO DEAL As it stands now, we are only leaving in name only. May (if she is still there by then) takes us out with no deal, she will go from being a traitor to this country, to a hero of this country. Some people have said they set everything up (to date) as a means to leave with no deal. I see that as wishful thinking. I would love for that to happen, but can't see it happening.

Yeah this fear of Corbyn getting in is bollocks. The Labour leave voters will not vote for them next time or Tory for that matter (depending on leader) (lots of Labour voters like Mogg) If the Tories had any common sense, they would take this opportunity of taking not only Labour voters but also the young vote, which is what they say they seek.

I am not a representative of Sweden and would never defend this countries past but people like you need to study how by staying "neutral" a country can be turned into a safe haven for many.

We don't have your scars and constant need for violence and we can debate without someone glassing you cause of your views like they do over in your part of the world.
