Brief Morrissey mention in Irish Hot Press Magazine

Hot Press Magazine has "Years of Refusal" listed as no.8 in this year's best albums. Curiously, it lists the album as being issued under "Attack." They comment, "it's hard to see why Morrissey's resolutely business as usual Years of Refusal merits all the plaudits."

Thoughts?

My immediate thoughts would be;

a) What plaudits?

b) The consistent production of important records shouldn't be described in such a throwaway manner (business as usual).

Hot Press acknowledge his existence at least, but it's still a rag.

I only bought it for the lovely Imelda May on which they have an in depth feature. There's ne'er a magazine available which I would buy regularly without checking what's in it first. ........Recycled papers paving the ground
