backdrop 1992

hi!
does anybody know anything about the picture of a screaming guy used as a backdrop/tour book picture in the early 1990's? i know i've read about it somewhere before but i can't seem to find any info on it now!

it's Harvey Keitel from the film "who's that knocking at my door"

originally intended for the cover of "Srangeway" but Keitel wouldn't give the OK. later relented for the Kill Uncle tour backdrop.
