An angry Arsenal player, no doubt piqued that Manchester United had snapped his team's record 49-game unbeaten streak, tossed a cup of pea soup on Man U manager Alex Ferguson after the match, the Daily Mirror of London reported.

Pea soup? The perpetrator, we assume, was assessed a green card.
