Arcade Fire cover 'Still Ill'

I saw Arcade fire at the SECC on Friday night. Apparently they sound checked ‘Still Ill’ before the gig but unfortunately they didn’t play it. They did however play it at last nights gig at the MEN arena, which I didn’t attend. It’s just my luck. But I suppose it makes sense, doing a Smiths cover in Manchester.

Arcade Fire last night at the arena

in Manchester. They played Still Ill.

Fair to say I almost wet my pants.

Not the best version ever, but the fact they nodded to The Smiths and Manchester made me very happy.

They were excellent, by the way.
