Another Moz book..opinions please

I'm ordering some Moz cd singles from tower.com that I never got around to picking up (awesome prices on this website by the way) and
there's a book for sale on there that I've never seen.

Published in 2001 by Pat Reid. Anyone have it? Is it worth the 10 bucks or just junk??
