He should NOT be playing ANY Smiths songs after the court case. He is NOT entitled to. Those are Morrissey's and Marr's songs, NOT HIS. He has lost that privilege by taking Morrissey to court, trying to get money out of him, when all Rourke was was a studio musician. The Smiths were Morrissey & Marr and that's IT.

I'm disappointed about Britney and Kevin's new show. I knew it was going to be bad but it's downright unwatchable.
