Wot? This makes NO sense!!!
If it said he was selling his Smiths royalty stream it might make some sense, but presumably his overall royalty stream includes the Moz solo royalties which the silly pratt's going to court over? Does this mean he's banking on losing on Moz's appeal, and would rather take a lump sum now?
If its just his Smiths stream then presumably he needs a huge hunk of cash to pay the lawyers, which goes to show nobody's won from this whole sorry legal mess!
