"All the Young People Must Fall in Love" (Bob Clearmountain Mix) - new single press release

From Warner: All the Young People Must Fall in Love (Bob Clearmountain Mix) / Rose Garden (Live at The Grand Ole Opry,
Nashville) is the fourth 7" release from Morrissey's album 'Low In High School'. Low in High School is
Morrissey’s first studio album since 2014 and was recorded at La Fabrique Studios in France and in Rome at
Ennio Morricone’s Forum Studios. The record is produced by Joe Chiccarelli (who has worked with Frank
Zappa, The Strokes, Beck and The White Stripes to name a few). Morrissey’s talent for combining political
statements and beautiful melodies is more prevalent than ever on Low in High-School, capturing the
zeitgeist of an ever-changing world.

Austria and Finland dates in July!
Hop on the boat from Sweden to Finland with me!

I will be selling signed shirts and autos and signed photos of course. Chances are you might see me dressed in full nazi regalia.

The winner of the tombola gets to spend a night with me in the cabin.

Wooo! I thought it had been forgotten about.

JOHN: Will you stay with BMG?

MORRISSEY: Well, they have very high walls. I think they haven’t had it easy with me because the songs are not pop pap and therefore radio isn’t automatically obliging. My career, if it is a career, is measured in minutes.

A rather interesting self reflecting comment
In other words, they realized their mistake.

Also, Spent The Day In Bed was the very definition of pop pap. It's hard to promote a man who keeps derailing his own train.

Your compulsive ESL postings would be only slightly amusing, if they were at at all funny.

From now on, split the pills in two.

I reckon me don't understand how you foreigners here talk shit about Americans, but LIHS sold more in the uk and Yerope than the entire USA. I have never seen a Morrissey release with the exception of all the James Dean and Elvis stuff with so many references to classic 1950's American culture. Are you foreign people really driving around in your Yugos and Opels blasting Rose Garden from the Grand Old Opry and buying the green 59 Fighting Irish football jersey and the Letterman sweater pins on the Mporium uk?

Dear Aztec,

I've read a few of your posts over the last few months and I've come to the conclusion that you really are a massive, witless, tedious, insufferable twat.

Cheers!

Do you know where I can find the original press release from BMG? Is there a link or scan? I wonder...
The only part of the 'press release' that is new is:
"From Warner: All the Young People Must Fall in Love (Bob Clearmountain Mix) / Rose Garden (Live at The Grand Ole Opry,
Nashville) is the fourth 7" release from Morrissey's album 'Low In High School'"
- the rest of the text is a direct copy of Korda's/BMG's official press release for LIHS last year.

FWD.

The forthcoming track:
I believe the Grand Old Opry is a show and it took place in a couple of venues - the Ryman Auditorium being one of them (the oldest).
The track is not well labelled imho.

Like saying I played in the FA Cup Final if I kicked a ball inside a empty Wembley. Grand Ole Opry is a live televised world event and not a Moz gig for crying out loud.

Morrissey has never been a part of that world famous event in any way. If he had been then the world would have known and he would have been very famous.

He is not!

In stock? I do not think so as there is no sign of it at Amazon yet... Ok, a Morrissey release is more a secret these days than something the label is pushing. Alltime low if you ask me.

That’s correct, FWD! The Grand Ole Opry is a long running Nashville stage show that used to be done at the Ryman Auditorium until the 1970s, when they moved to a bigger venue outside of town that’s appropriately called the Grand Ole Opry House. Funnily, Morrissey’s concert in 2015 where he played “Rose Garden” was orginally scheduled to be at that larger theater, but got moved back to the Ryman at the last minute. It was a great gig in any case!

Well, these two are interesting as they use a (new?) picture of the cover minus the clear vinyl sticker (same company with different language portals by the looks of it):

Still 'April' in almost all listings - so May it is then :)

Hmm, yeah, the image looks less cropped; you can see more of their legs.

Looking forward to the BC mix.

Spent The Day In Bed has over 6 million streams on Spotify, while the rest of the album tracks including Jacky and I Wish You Lonely have all less than two million. BMG must be very satisfied with that single but not the rest, especially all the Morrissey interviews.
