you know i've seen some of your stuff and i do like it.
i've seen the black eyed susan cover and i thought it was very nice.
and i don't mean this in any disagreeable way, but the singing is different.

It's the one song from Years I really, really love. On this one you sound a bit like David Gedge. But I said the same thing about Morrissey when I first heard the single, too. Must be in the way the song is structured.

Saw some of your other covers as well. I especially liked Spring-Heeled Jim.
