I don't know. I disagree with a lot of what Kewpie's done, but she's always been very nice to me.

Agreed. Plus she is very social & caring as a human and a moderator... which is not to take anything away from the others.... The one thing I don't agree with is her not responding to people's PM's. Tho I'm sure there's more to this... Whatev. I'll say it again, nobody else would want her job. Cointenly, not I.

I don't think she's been doing a bad job. I've been part of many other forums and some of them are cheer anarchy and some of them are pure dictatorship. I think there's a good balance here. There's a forum I am a member of that is really driving me mad because the mods consider everything to be off topic and they also have their favourite/protected members that they always defend in any discusion, I've actually seen that in many forums, but not in this one yet.

I don't think she's been doing a bad job. I've been part of many other forums and some of them are cheer anarchy and some of them are pure dictatorship. I think there's a good balance here. There's a forum I am a member of that is really driving me mad because the mods consider everything to be off topic and they also have their favourite/protected members that they always defend in any discusion, I've actually seen that in many forums, but not in this one yet.

Sure, and I've been part of other forums where threads never get merged, and are much more heavily trafficked than this one, and yet there's no anarchy whatsoever.

Yeah I got to vouch for Kewpie here shes usually by forum standards a very friendly moderator.

First, I'd rather see NRITH and all his accounts banned more than I'd like to see Kewpie removed as a moderator. I'm just glad that he was never made moderator back when he was asking for the job. That puts this thread into perspective and makes Kewpie seem not so bad.

Actually, from time to time I have enjoyed relating to Kewpie as a person, but as a moderator she stinks. To all the people that say she is bullied and picked on, I ask you to consider why that seems to be the case (to you). Other moderators have their faults, but there's no comparison to the reaction she gets. She makes a negative contribution to the site as a moderator.

Of course she'll never be "stripped of her moderator privileges" because that would acknowledge that there was a problem. I think that it's very obvious that being a moderator here is very important to Kewpie and because people have sympathy and don't want to take that from her, the site suffers.

It is also worries/annoys me how Kewpie will post users first names (or offline names) - when they may not want that done.

she does that to make it seem like she has alot of real life friends, to make her look special. which is ironic considering she is such a private person herself.

I have some real life friends on here, some of which don't want even their first names posted here, so i dont do it. it's not that hard.

I agree, some don't mind their name being posted & that is cool. And I agree that for someone who wants her privacy it is wrong of her to do so.
