Xiu Xiu and Parenthetical Girls released a split 7" a few years ago for Record Store day which saw both groups tackling a different Moz song. Parenthetical Girls contributed a nervy, bellicose rendition of "Handsome Devil," while Xiu Xiu utterly eviscerated (in the best possible way) "I Am Hated For Loving" . I love what both artists did with these songs. The interpolated "Jack the Ripper" bridge in the Parenthetical Girls cover is particularly inspired.
