Morrissey, so much to answer for - New Statesman
There are no excuses left for the former Smiths frontman’s repugnant political views.

For Britain is no more likely to get hold of the levers of power in this country than you and I might fly to the moon. By your own admission it is standing very few candidates even in the upcoming locals. It is essentially one woman, a Facebook page (disappearing in 5, 4, 3...) and a singer who doesn’t vote.

It makes the Greens and UKIP appear wildly popular by comparison. I remember when both those parties made what was considered at the time major breakthroughs in local and euro elections. At one point in 2015 UKIP was projected to get between eleven and fifteen seats in the Commons. Many commentators thought their rise to real influence on the national stage was imminent. It simply didn’t materialise.

I’ll be Prime Minister before AMW wins a single election.
Pragmatism. Proportion. Sanity. Thank you.

It's a shame that Dorian left out the fact that Steve also masquerades himself as a vegan whilst eating cheese and wearing wool and cashmere designer clothing. :eek:

The wizard of Moz has yet again been exposed folks, how many times?

David Bowie has made a career out of reinventing himself, both physically and musically, but his most controversial persona was his Thin White Duke character from 1976, a self-described "emotionless Aryan superman" that Bowie developed for his Station to Station album. Around this time, Bowie would make several pro-fascist comments during interviews, including praises of nationalism and Adolf Hitler, culminating in a famous photograph of Bowie allegedly giving a Nazi salute. In later years, Bowie would blame his actions during this time on his heavy drug use and commitment to the Thin White Duke persona.

Meet the For Britain candidates:

Job made easy for you. Here's a quick selection (remember these are candidates, the official candidates) of what they post on their social network and election literature:

"The only Refugees Welcome are White South African ones. The third world should go back and live in it’s own muck”;
"Race matters, England, Race matters”;
"White genocide";
"Jewish plan in action! Rise up!!";
"National Socialism is the alternative to degeneracy we currently face. It is a pathway to freedom and prosperity. It is an escape from Jewish Tyranny. It is the Future of our people";
"the sham kangaroo court known as the Nuremberg witch trials";
"The Jewess Ida Roland";
"The children of Kalergi".

I wonder if Morissey bothered to spend 5 minutes online to do a bit of groundwork before publicly backing "For Britain". Maybe he did, and he still supports them? Which is worse? Would he recognise a racist if he walked up to him dressed in Nazi regalia and slapped a post-it note with "racist" written on it on his wrinkly forehead?

Very unpleasant, but if Labour are not responsible for the anti-semitism of actual paid up party members can For Britain be responsible for nutters attached to their party?

Whataboutery of the highest calibre.
Not to mention that the quotes of "For Britain" candidates that I produced, amount to a fair lot out of a total of 15 candidates, that's a terrifying percentage.
Labout has 500,000 members, and the percentage of the inevitable unsavouries is a fragment of the above.
Note that I'm no Labour supporter, I'd say the same about the Tories, the SNP or the LibDems.

Stop clutching at straws. The only common thread I spot here is your siding with the fascists at any turn. I would have a l more respect if you came out and said "I agree outright with For Britain, the BNP, Britain First, Liberty GB and the far right. I am a racist". At least you'd stand by your beliefs, however vile.
Your game of hide n seek is actually quite feeble and pathetic.

Yes, you dudes are Islamic, it one of your main policies, to defend the sharia at all costs.:turban:
You cant even bring yourselves to clarify just exactly 'makes leftie loons' uncomfortable
about Islam? Is it the child brides? Throwing gay dudes off rooftops wile mixed company
is withing sight? Maybe its the form these types of activities are carried out.:princess:

Some people want to improve themselves and have a second jobs, so they dont have
to resort to handouts. But the layabouts had the law passed to protect themselves
from work. All there is to it.

If I start at a job today and I dont get pension benefits after six months. What type
of hallucinegen are you on:nogood:

Shut up, kddo, you're too young to work and I doubt you ever will given how odd you are.
Now mummy is calling you for your Sunday lunch. Off you go. Then make sure you crack one off about Morrissey's chin later while mummy and daddy both digest the gravy and wonder what they've done to spawn such a freak.

Does being opposed to Israel's government equal anti-semitism? That's what most of the Labour stuff is. It's akin to saying anyone who doesn't care for the Saudi regime hates all muslims. Obviously some of the more conspiratorially nutty will be anti-Jewish full stop but that's a very small number - and if you look online actual evidence of any anti-semitism is very thin on the ground if there at all.

To be comparable Labour would need to elect one of the conspiracy nutters as the leader.

In fact scratch that, Labour would need to form a breakaway party because the party wasn't anti-simetic enough.

This is reaching comical proportions from the Morrissey disciples. I do genuinely wonder what it must be like to live your life according to the meandering thoughts of a decayed rockstar with Aspergers Syndrome.

Below, the result:

First stage: DENIAL. "Morrissey didn't say that".
Which is bollocks, of course, because now that it's obvious that he said what he said, and he openly supports a far right party, then come:

Second stage: FOR BRITAIN IS NOT FAR RIGHT.
When presented with photos of its pool of supporters with swastikas tattooed on their skin, the kool aiders squirm that "it's just for fun to wind the lefties up".

Third stage: WHATBOUTERY
When presented with a election of phrases that would make Enoch Powell look like Billy Bragg by comparison, the kool aider blurt out "yeah but what about anti semitism in Labour".

Fourth stage: PLAY IT DOWN
This is straight from the school of the fence-sitting weasely weakling who, at any turn in history, would rather kill their own mother than stand to the Stronger Bully. "Yeah, but For Britain will never win the election" they whimper. So f***in what, you dumbass? So WHAT? If that's your "logic" than why get your undies in a bundle over the bearded ones? Al-Muhajiroun won't win the election either for f***'s sake. See how demented it is?

Fifth stage: JUSTIFY
Yeah but them lot do the fascist salute and wear a swastika because this society alienates and the lefites don't listen to them and them are working class.

Pathetic. You are pathetic and that's the long and the short of it.

Are you the guy that said they were holocaust deniers but forgot to provide any evidence? Btw, supporting Trump doesn't make you a fascist. Sorry, It doesn't.

For Britain have fielded candidates for elections who perpetrate Holocaust denial, amongst other things.

Of course Trump supporters aren't fascists, for the most part, but Trump is a proto-fascist. I understand why a lot of them voted Trump. He shouted simplistic slogans, made big promises that he couldn't possibly keep, and offered something different from decades of the same depressing liberal candidates. The issue is, is that like all right-wing demagogues, he couldn't give two shits about the people who voted for him, except the small tiny minority of the wealthy elite.

Yes Chezzer opposing Israel is anti semitic. Israel operates under a parliamentary system and the govt
has been put in place by its people, voted by the people themselves.:crazy:

I notice that you loons prefer the Iran model than the Saudi model. I take you are shia?:thumb:

You're a f***ing idiot. You probably don't have a job, or you're too f***ing young to have one.

The Working Time Directive doesn't stop a working from choosing to work more than 48 hours a week. It stops employers and bosses from forcing workers to work more than 48 hours a week. If you wish to work more than 48 hours a week you are entitled to do so.

As I said yesterday, Morrissey is most likely neither a racist nor a fascist (he can't tell shit for clay to be fair), and probably the same applies to Trump. The point is that the two narcissists with sociopathic tendencies quite clearly don't mind racists and fascists given what the disgraced rockstar said in support of "For Britain", and what the pervy President said everytime the neonazis sang his praise.

OK Chezz Bunglalow how about this directive:

VOLUNTARY overtime and only when there is no work. Therefore if the exploited lazy layabout volunteers for overtime and there is no work the exploiter bossman has to pay him for him to go hit a few pints at the local pub. Working his elbow up and down.:crazy:
Im a trillion percent sure this directive will meet with unanimous approval over the shiftless convention.

Can you imagine this dude building a fence? A mooo would tumble it down.doh:

I've just looked up one of the candidates quoted and she's been fired for her views. Dunno about the others.

Yes. The Hope Not Hate article states she is no longer part of For Britain. And, good, so she should have been dumped, just as Labour should be kicking out anti-Semites. They don't deserve praise or a medal for it.

People with views like that shouldn't have been selected for election. The For Britain candidates described are posting full on Nazi propaganda, in the country that f***ing helped defeat the Nazis. That takes a special kind of stupid racist.

simple question,why do a lot of American homes have the us flag on their front porch and yet if someone put a union jack in their garden in the uk they would be classed as right wing,confusing to say the least.hail hail.7.

I've never understood the love of A Hitler from the extreme right. Biggest oxymoron going.

I will shortly propose a new and improved directive that will put that Layabout Directive to shame: Voluntary Overtime only when there is NO
work. If you volunteer for work, being no work, you will be directed to the pub with funds sufficient, provided
by the exploiting employer, for the exercise of the arm.

Best Directive Yet.:clap:

Moz' big mistake is that he thinks we're into his work for the politics, but we like him for the weltschmerz.
