An open letter to Morrissey - from Side-Line Music Magazine

So somebody named Bernard Isacker is no longer a fan. What a loss.

    Aarhus - Voxhall (July 13, 2011) post-show

It was a great show, really, although the venue was very hot. Some lyric changes as well: "You have never been in love, until you've rescued a cow from an abbatoir" :lbf: and then "and you have never been in love until you've seen the light in my blue eyes" - or something like that. I...

    Copenhagen - Operaen (July 11, 2011) post-show

This is sad news indeed. Morrissey wouldn't be where he is today without this site. David, I highly appreciate all that you've done, and I can only hope that you continue to run this site as a banner for free speech and critical thinking, as opposed to the government-regulated places of worship...

    Copenhagen - Operaen (July 11, 2011) post-show

Oh and he did have a bandage on his index finger.

    Copenhagen - Operaen (July 11, 2011) post-show

Great show, despite the seated venue. Morrissey reasonably chatty, and Julia was allowed to say something about millions of miles, I didn't quite get it. Two stage invaders - when the first guy tried to get up again he was pulled back by security. Set list like previous shows. No Panic or...

    Is it true that

I have read those things about Morrissey's father as well, though I haven't heard any comfirmed reports - but presumably Suedehead is about this... "Why do you come here, when you know it makes things hard for me" :squiffy:

Calm down chaps! It's only a bit of Morrissey's shirt!

The shirt that I got in 2004 is Gucci and size 43/17.

What Moz Song Took You the Longest to Figure Out?

It might be just body size, really. I hardly think he would be able to speak with any expertise on vaginal sizes...:p I think the beauty of many Morrissey lyrics is that you can keep pondering what they mean, and actually extract a lot of different meanings from the same song. There is no...

Morrissey and sexual dialogics - lecture in Aarhus

Is it worth a three hour drive back and forth?

Rate the four Smiths studio albums

They're all good but: 1. The Queen is dead 2. Meat is murder 3. Strangeways 4. The Smiths 2 and 3 are close.

    Moz's retirement?!!

Yes and indeed it has been discussed in around 814 different threads since this forum started and there is still nothing whatsoever to substantiate these tired rumours. Do a quick search and you'll be enlightened.

    The Moz/Smiths Top 100, FINAL RESULTS, 101-234

How odd to see some fantastic songs like On the streets I ran, Heir Apparent, The father who must be killed, Slum Mums, Ammunition, At last I am born, Break up the family(!) etc. floating around below the likes of Mute Witness, Ouija Board, Family line etc. Morrissey fans are a strange bunch...

    Diana - Morrissey mystery

I think it is now 8 years ago David Alice first presented this...If nothing else, it is impressive that it keeps getting found again and again by new people. Though I don't believe in such things, I think it's an impressive piece of work, also in the field of Smiths archaelogy.
