What are your most memorable concert moments, when a lyric was changed and why?
For me, it was when I first saw Morrissey live (2004 I think), and I first heard/saw November Spawned A Monster live, one of my all time top 3 songs.
Aswell as collapsing to the floor in Dublin and writhing...
As a parent with an aggressive toddler and lack of space, it seems only a matter of time until the old vinyl get destroyed, so I am considering parting company with much of the collection. Not sure if these are worth listing on ebay or not, anyone have any idea of rough values?
Headmaster...
You know how it goes by now!
Track A v Track B
You pick a winner then put it up against another track.
Two new twists.......
1)No Moz or Smiths songs included, just any other track by any other band
2) Give a little detail as to why you pick A or B etc etc
To start you off...
This guy certainly is no work of art......

Although its good that I am going to fall over backward and find an impressive heart warming story.
The World is not full of crashing bores, it is full of absolute f***ing nutters!
David Bentley, fined £600 and a 12 month driving ban (reduced to 9 months if he attends a drink driving rehab course)
Harsh? Lenient? Views?

........ok Kewpie........it may have been done before
Living On The Ceiling, can just imagine him dancing with a tambourine for about 9 1/2 minutes :D
Quick question.
Morrissey seems to hate what is written/said about him here at Solo (refuse to put in the 'w' there for a cheap laugh)
So, why does he humour the 'frink'ers so?
Does he appreciate that often they are one and the same?
Is he simply so vain, that the written word can be...
I know theres been a couple of polls regarding the strangest wording Moz has penned in any particular songs.
Which 'strange' (i.e not common)lyric is currently holding your attention.
For me, its the phrase 'semi-perilous' from Maladjusted. Such a peculiar phrase!
...How under-rated in this track?? ('We'll let you know' for those who didn't get the reference!)
Its so sad musically, this album brings me to despair and back every time I put it on!
:(
Its not quite as awe inspiring as a well written guitar hook, but they're addictive all the same
Currently loving - Empire Of The Sun - We Are The People.
As a big Southpaw fan, twas nice to read Moz' impassioned defence of the album in the reissue notes.
Almost makes me feel vindicated against the onslaught!
