"Knockabout World" released on YouTube / streaming platforms (Feb. 21, 2020)

As I've done for the others; single artwork for "Knockabout World" (I've also attached re-edited versions of the others, and an alternate LP cover). Font used is 'Harrington'.

"Bobby, Don't You Think They Know?" release (Jan. 10, 2020); album sleeve revealed?

For them what rightly disavow the naff LP sleeve and corresponding lack of single artwork, I offer this substitute. It's not perfect, but see if you like it.

Could I be added to the Morrissey drive? I'm on the Smiths one already! :)

    Smiths Archive

Is there any way to access the google drive? Torrent very slow for me - thinking of paying everyone back with my signature artwork for every live show maybes, ahha ;)

"USA Chart Position" (#7 Billboard Albums, #3 Vinyl Albums) - Morrissey Central; #95 Billboard 200

I sincerely hope they don't let the same monkeys who put a lo-res, pixellated image on the front of the "Lover-to-Be" RSD 7" do the artwork, if indeed we are haha :lbf:

Wedding Bell Blues/Brow Of My Beloved 7" HD Wav

Haha, I thought that too! It's ok - I like the electronic touches. I think it being the best we've had for a while somewhat obscures its real value; in amongst the fruits of a canon so rich, it's pretty mediocre imo... but it's new and it's original, so who can complain really? ;P FYI, got mine...

"Morning Starship" single (Jobriath cover) - Messages from Morrissey ~ available 20th March 2019

My software's pretty basic... that's an annoying photo for making font stand out on!

"Morning Starship" single (Jobriath cover) - Messages from Morrissey ~ available 20th March 2019

I feel like this is my 'thing' now haha, so here - for whoever would like it - is my alternate artwork (incorporating colour gradient from the original Jobriath album sleeve) :)

"It's Over" (Roy Orbison cover) posted on Spotify; "California Son" sleeve revealed

Because the matador is bruised and without the macho stature you usually see; he's slumped and has soulful eyes. It feel like an oxymoronic image to me; something delicate in the wrong skin. And that idea of something unusual or juxtaposing seemed fitting for a left-of-field covers record. I did...

"It's Over" (Roy Orbison cover) posted on Spotify; "California Son" sleeve revealed

On a few occasions recently, I've offered some homemade sleeves/artwork where there wasn't any ("Blue Dreamer's..." etc.), but here I feel compelled - nay, obligated - to offer the cover-art critics (of which I am one) something better than what can only be described as Sam Esty Rayner's Barry...

"It's Over" (Roy Orbison cover) posted on Spotify; "California Son" sleeve revealed

Love the synths in the production, personally - but his voice sounds so thin when it hits the high notes; a precedent for cheating on the final note, where he can't get to where Roy goes so fluidly... Interesting though :) That said, what the FUCK is that cover art? Who let Sam out?

"Lover-To-Be" (Ltd ed.) coming soon previously unreleased B-side - Morrissey Central (5 Feb, 2019)

That looks like a 12” to me, scale wise with the label etc. - all this talk of 7”s, I think we might be in for a big’un?

    Your latest Morrissey/Smiths buy

Was at a record fair in Canterbury, Kent yesterday, when I happened upon a single-sided 7" by the Thrills, containing "Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me", live at Abbey Road. Beautiful embossed centre labels, with fonts that mimic the Smiths' and Morrissey's labels. Couple of quid...
