    I have had Saint on replay a lot. Amazing vocals and instruments, though I do feel that the lyrics leave a bit to be desired and hold it back from being a truly great song.

    "Years Of Refusal" is one of his best albums

    It's great. Most of the songs fall under 'easy listening'. They certainly have their place and are great to listen to whilst you are doing something else. But if you are looking to recommend or showcase talent you could do a lot better. One of the 'funner' albums, you could say. A lot of energy.

    In my experience it’s mostly just a way for Smiths exclusive fans to feel better about themselves. They weren’t really interested in his solo stuff in the first place.
