Don’t know if this was shared here at the time. This is a Reddit thread of audio producers discussing the sound of Rebels.
Good people of Solo! I come to shamelessly promote my new material.
Morrissey is a primary influence as well as other indie pop acts like Aztec Camera and The Cure.
If you would, please do check out my music :)

It’s kind of like when you take a screen-shot on an iPhone and accidentally press the marker option and draw on it. Maybe moz posted this from the toilet on his phone
Is that picture from the Ringleader tour? Odd. As for the special event concerts… good luck. We all know what happened the last time a “special event” concert was announced.
Even though the material from Bonfire seems much better than that shown from Without Music, I’d rather hear the latter purely for sentimental reasons. Being a new fan, the Whyte/Tobias/Galeano/Manzur/Buckley lineup will always be special to me as it was the first band I saw Moz with.

Gilbert O Sullivan is an absolutely lovely guy and a certified class act. I saw him live in November and he gave a lovely, quaint little performance. He signed one of my records and was overall very warm and kind
I’ve always felt precisely this. It’s the same thing with “Home is A Question Mark”.
“If I ever get there, would you meet me: wrap your legs around my face just to greet me”
Absolutely gorgeous songs marred by one abysmal lyric
Does a bunch of strange things on stage. Whipping the mic cable about, the whole “i luff you, I muff you, I scrub you” routine, etc. All part of his artistry
