he has played smaller venues. I think the Surf website says they can hold 2,000 or so, no? Capitol Ballroom in DC show, '97, only held 1050 if I remember correctly.

actually there was a queue there last night, it made the morning paper here. I just walked by the venue and I'd say about 15-20 in line at this time. 1) I'm getting too old to queue up 2) Santa Fe is too pretty to just sit in line for over 20 hours.

nope, I no longer live in Texas, much to the chagrin of some on this board I am sure....but they are old queens who bear grudges like, oh nevermind. I'd love to see Mozz at the Majestic that is such a beautiful place but the date didn't work out for me, Santa Fe being on a weekend works for me...
