Morrissey Central "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, DARLING" (November 7, 2023)

Unfortunately, I live in the United States. I can assure you that, except for Los Angeles, the album was almost completely ignored. The album is a brilliant masterpiece. It was a joy to see him live, performing a benefit show in Chicago, to benefit music education in Chicago.

Independent / James Moore: "Morrissey on tour is the last thing Britain needs right now" (July 23, 2022)

James Moore's article is poorly written and, overall, pointless. He comes across as a bitter queen with nothing to do but complain. He even slightly jabs Johnny Marr at the end of the article. I'm shocked he didn't add Paul Weller, Pet Shop Boys, and New Order to his hateful list.

Guitar World: "Dave Keuning on Johnny Marr’s enduring influence: “We talked about countless Smiths songs in the early Killers days”" (May 5, 2022)

Fairly recently, Flowers said he wouldn't allow his children to listen to Morrissey, or something like that. Here is my source. https://www.radiox.co.uk/artists/the-killers/brandon-flowers-wont-play-morrissey-music-kids/ Anyway, Brandon Flowers owes a lot to The Smiths--but seemingly copied...

Guitar World: "Dave Keuning on Johnny Marr’s enduring influence: “We talked about countless Smiths songs in the early Killers days”" (May 5, 2022)

Brandon Flowers, who is awful, had a lot of negative things to say about Morrissey... as if he had 1/1000 of Morrissey's genius and originality. The Killers' lyrics are notoriously awful. Try listening to "Somebody Told Me."

Morrissey Central "Cruel World." (May 12, 2022)

This is great news! Many people might try the delicious items, learn the health benefits, and stop eating meat and meat products, which are unnecessary and cruel. It can be a great and delicious introduction.

Morrissey’s Publicist (Michael Pagnotta): He Was IMPOSSIBLE! - The Quintana Show / YouTube (April 11, 2022)

This is nothing new. A lot of artists are labelled as "impossible." This is not newsworthy at all. A better label for Morrissey might be "uncompromising." He has no doubt seen the abuses of the recording industry. Next...

Morrissey Central "CANCEL VULTURES" (February 7, 2022)

Please help. Can someone explain, in simple words, what is being protested? I work so much that I don't often get to see or read the news. Thanks in advance.

Morrissey Central "WANDA YOUNG, RIP" (December 27, 2021)

Morrissey is paying his respects. He has always been a hero for nostalgia. Your comment is insulting. As far as "self-publicity" is concerned, Morrissey has zero publicity. Think before you write.

Morrissey Central "94 Years Old Today" (August 4, 2021)

Your message implies that people cannot and don't change. You also fail to note that Morrissey has always included an abundance of writers, for his "altar of influences." These writers include Wilde, Plath, Sexton, and too many others to mention here.

I'm fascinated about the tension between James Baldwin and Richard Wright. Both genius writers!
