The makers of a new BBC show called "Old Dogs, New Tricks" must be a fan of Morrissey as so far in one program I've heard In The Future When All's Well, Glamorous Glue and Life Is A Pigsty played in the background. How good to hear so much Morrissey on the BBC.
I think Weller was slagging off Morrissey in regards to "old pretenders" comment. He was defintely questioning Fatboy Slims right to fall into the legendary catergory though. I wasn't really listening much though, "Dad Rock" was starting to bore me by this point.
Just watching it live on E4 there. The annoying git who is presenting it just said "coming up later - more from Hard-Fi, Paul Weller, Starsailor, The Charlatans and Faithless". This doesn't sound too promising...but I wonder why the live coverage ends on E4 at 9pm? It was on to 11pm last...
Here is what would be my ideal setlist -
First Of The Gang To Die
Hand In Glove
Speedway
You Have Killed Me
The Youngest Was The Most Loved
In The Future When All's Well
Piccadilly Palare
Dear God, Please Help Me
Come Back To Camden
Paint A Vulgar Picture
Now My Heart Is Full

The crowd did go rather crazy during Irish Blood, I nearly ended up falling over aswell. The stage was very high and also thought that security was quite harsh. From what I saw they were quite strict with some crowdsurfers.
