Rumour - all remaining US tour dates postponed to December (via Sam Esty Rayner)

Hotel rooms are a LOT cheaper in Chicago on Dec 10 than next Sunday so I do hope this becomes true. I really was not looking forward to any driving on that day either! I'm normally 4 hours to Chicago but not on the Sunday after Thanksgiving... Another vote for an official announcement would be...

No problems getting tickets here. Mozzer works.

    The Aragon Ballroom - 11/27/2016

http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/04005157F12B0FB7?camefrom=CFC_JAM_MORRISSEYJAMHOME $65 for tickets is a lot better than the last couple of his shows I've seen! Not a fan of the GA Aragon, so a "lower" ticket price helps a bit! Presale starts Thursday, if anyone gets that presale code...

TTY: 'More Morrissey' (Detroit, Cleveland, Chicago in November); El Paso cancelled

That's why I put it in quotes. I know he wasn't late. But that didn't stop every person at Riot Fest the next day talking about him coming on late is all I meant.

TTY: 'More Morrissey' (Detroit, Cleveland, Chicago in November); El Paso cancelled

After the whole "late" thing at Riot Fest I'm surprised (happy!) that he's coming back to Chicago so soon. I've only been to the Aragon once before and I did not like it as a venue but oh well. I should be there!

    Louisville, KY - Palace Theatre (Sep. 20, 2016) post-show

He changed into that shirt before the encore. I have photos of him wearing both. It was a v-neck so it got ripped down the middle, but that's the right shirt.

Yes, he didn't actually play the whole song. It was more like an impromptu minute or so, a few lines acapella and that was it.

    Louisville, KY - Palace Theatre (Sep. 20, 2016) post-show

The show was scheduled for 9. The film started at 9 (that was the opener) and he came on at 9:30. Right on time.i didn't pay attention to the end time, but around 11.

You are correct about the pit being half empty. Kind of. But that's because that's how many pit tickets there were. Once everyone down there stood up and left their seats towards the stage they didn't let anyone else down to fill it in.

    Louisville, KY - Palace Theatre (Sep. 20, 2016) post-show

Firstly, if you have not been a fan of the recent setlists then this show was just not for you. Full stop. Having been at the Riot Fest show too this setlist was super similar, just with a few added songs. MIM came back, Istanbul, and Oboe Concerto, off the top of my head as songs he didn't...

    Chicago, IL - Riot Fest (Sep. 17, 2016) post-show

They did play a song that said something about criticizing Morrissey and the Smiths.

    Chicago, IL - Riot Fest (Sep. 17, 2016) post-show

I did. Thought he was pretty great. He did a few Husker Du songs. I had never seen him before so I didn't know he did those in his set. That was nice.

    Chicago, IL - Riot Fest (Sep. 17, 2016) post-show

I thought Ween were boring last night. Sorry! But the Flaming Lips were awesome. I'm leaving the fest early tomorrow to see Lush at the Vic so I'll be eager to hear how the Misfits were! I do agree about the three hour set lists that are changed every night (see also the Cure) and I kind of wish...

    Chicago, IL - Riot Fest (Sep. 17, 2016) post-show

Yeah the crowd did NOT like the full half hour of videos. The schedule said he was to play at 8:15 and he didn't come on until 8:45. People thought he was "late" and they were not happy. I saw a lot of people leave too. And a lot of booing. That really should not be part of a festival setlist...
