Yep, they do make some. The best ones I've had, though, are made by Chicago Soy Dairy. They're the one's who make the not so yummy teese cheese and the pretty good soft serve. Their marshmallows (I think they were called Air Puffs, or sommat?) were amazing.

Well, I obviously can't vouch for whatever the situation was at Pomona, but I speak from experience when I say it's very easy to "overlook" line crashers for some people. Back at the Palladium, I was #20 on the list...however, when it came to show time, I somehow had 40 people in front of me...
