Translation please? A suggestion that a thing is what it is, not what it is called.

This is my theory exactly. It doesn't matter what name I call myself on a message board, in chat, or in my email addy. I am always me. I am still the outspoken, sometimes inconsistent, kind-hearted, and passionate person that I am. This never changes. The only thing that changes is the name. It is a symbol not an identity.

So if I am realitybites, Bertrand Russell, Bertie, Heather Lunden, Scout, Pikachu, bee charmer, or Smithson -- I am still ME.
