DVD in stores?

I have been all over town looking for this DVD. (Oye Estaban). I live in Portland, OR, a town known for music. The major record stores didn't even have it in the computer as a recent new release. What the #$#&? Can someone tell me where they bought it? And not online either. I hate the wait.
