I wondered that myself. I guess Tizer is an alcohol. And I think the jar is a jar of Glue as in sniffin' glue???

Tizer

Tizer is a very sweet and sickly non alcoholic drink widely available in Britain. Its most associated with children for some reason - you rarely see adults drinking it.
