One of my personal favorite graves ever is that of Emmaline Storey (I think that is the spelling). She has the most beautiful "grieving angel" draped over her tomb. If I remember correctly, her husband was a sculptor, and on her death he created this memorial, which is breathtaking. I think it is located near the wall at the top.
If you are a Keats fan, don't miss the house where Keats died. It is at the base of the Spanish Steps:

This place has a wonderful collection of art/manuscripts/ephemera related to Keats, Shelley, Byron the Brownings and even Oscar Wilde. It is a fantastic place to visit if you're a fan of the great Romantic poets.
Enjoy your trip - I wish I were going : )

It is partly inspired by having read the Andrew Motion biography of Keats recently (thoroughly recommended by the way). I had the same response to this as the first time I read Morrissey's lyrics and interviews, an overwhelming recognition of someone that you might, at last, feel an affinity with. If that makes sense?
Anyway, Rome it will be, after I've celebrated a 'significant' birthday in Venice
