    is the album of Foals

just listened to it on VPRO-3-voor-12 site, they
always put new released albums on it

Dunno how to desribe it, it's abit of evevrything

Muse/Radiohead/Stone Roses but also Massive Attack, synth pop like Pet Shop Boys and Depeche Mode

it's like I've heard it before but difficult
to put a label on it
The voice is the only connection to The Smiths
good music, but a love or hate the way he sings

Alabaster wouldn't be a song without The Smiths
song,'Shoplifters of the world, unite and take over'.

next to hear, The National on London Calling a
yearly Dutch 2/3 night with beginning UK bands,
them were praised as one of the best new bands
inthe Netherlands early this year,or a month ago,
don't know when it was held, but live sets from
that festival to hear via the website I named

  • . . . perhaps he is shopping around for a new supporting act? These equine blue-bloods sound . . . very . . . M.

Singer with Roland Orzabel (Tears for Fears) hair and similar voice with 80s melancholny bass & percussion.

  • And wasn't The Smiths their support act somewhere in 1983/1984 ( New Year's Eve?). Curious stuff indeed!
