Many Morrissey fans have written to me asking when I will be posting the next installment of my Diana-Morrissey Phenomenon webpage. For the answer to that question please see my August, 2001 update.

Thanks to all of you at Morrissey-solo who have shown interest in my work and special thanks to our host David Tseng for allowing me to post updates here.

Sincerely,
David Alice

  • No, please don't let this be your last word! Your lovely contributions have really brightened up my days at work, more than once. And no - all you cynics - I am NOT being sarcastic. I really found the Diana-theory interesting, but perhaps not as convincing as the author did. But what did you expect anyway? You will surely be missed by a lot of people at this site.

  • I hope this is not the last word on this, i have looked forward to each update
and read again and again their content.
I have had more enjoyment out of this than Michael Legge's Demos.

  • It's obvious ,ain't it ? Morrissey killed Diana. He never liked her and he was only learning to drive then.
Think how much damage someone who hates Morrissey and can't drive at all could do to him.Oh the sweet dream...

  • Don´t stop. First Moz stops, now You. Don´t, You where on to something. I am sure, that a documentary or a movie is the right way to tell your story.

  • I don't understand. If you've got many Morrissey fans writing you and asking you about updates, why would you feel that no one is interested? From what I've seen posted here on this subject, it seems that the world of Morrissey fans have been listening.

There is a lot of irony surrounding the Morrissey/Diana phenomenon, but I don't think it's something that Morrissey conjured up subconsciously. But, you've worked hard, and I admire you for that. You should never doubt your work if YOU truly BELIEVE in what you're doing.

  • Thank you so much for the encouraging messages. I don't want to disappoint any of you, my fellow Morrissey fans. But, I've become so discouraged by the lack of media attention that has been paid to The Diana-Morrissey Phenomenon that I'm finding it impossible to muster up the energy I'd need to finish presenting it. (I'm a manic depressive).

I can't even get the Art Bell Radio Show ( http://www.artbell.com ) to answer my emails. That show devotes itself entirely to all sorts of strange phenomena far less convincing than the Diana-Morrissey Phenomenon, so if they won't take an interest in it who in the media ever will?!

Maybe if I just take a long break from thinking about the Diana-Morrissey Phenomenon then I will regain my enthsusiasm for presenting it. If that fails, perhaps an encouraging word from Morrissey might bring me back to life!

  • who cares if they won't listen! maintain your cult status here at morrissey-solo.

your posts are some of the most intriguing i've ever read at this site. they're sure as hell a lot better then the stupid "Celebrity Mention Moz in an Interview" posts, or the fake "Morrissey Sightings".

please don't stop! i've even bookmarked your site
