depechemode.com (the band's official site) lists the "Future Retro" remix CD on their site. Listed among the tracks is Moz's "Suedehead" mix.

The DM site only has a sound clip of the DM track featured on the CD. The track listing differs slightly from the track listing already on this site.

Excerpt:

  • This might be worth a listen. I can't wait to hear how they redid 'Yazoo - Situation'

  • I can't wait for this, out of all the bands Moz loves, Sparks are my fav. Actually I've loved them for a long time before I knew they were connected to Moz, and then when I saw them talking on the doco in 2003 it was so awesome .. so Im looking forward to this!

  • just glad it's moz and not the smiths featuring there, but not really sure if i should - is it sacrilege?

  • Not with this remix which certainly sounds at least interesting, but by effectively sanctioning the cover of "This Town Ain't Big Enough For The Both Of Us" by that comedy clown Justin Hawkins of The Darkness. They appear in the video. Shame.

  • pretty good choices for the artists and songs.
(although where are the pet shop boys?)

but all of those remixers are pretty weak.
    (including sparks)

i'd like to see remixers like:
    orb
    orbital (r.i.p.)
    aphex twin
    autechre
    plaid
    squarepusher

but as much as i like morrissey
    and electronic music,
i'm not sure if moz's music
    lends itself to being remixed
