My mom noticed the cuts on my wrists.I had been wearing long sleeves for the past few days but I guess I forget to cover them.She told me she didn`t understand why I hurt myself and told me I better stop.She doesn`t understand that it is a realease for me.By cutting myself it lets everything that I`m feeling out and it feels better for at least a little while.I don`t know what else to do when it gets overwhelming.
