One thing I like about Morrissey's new love Brand is that he isn't ashamed of being close to his mother. It's unusual for a man to be warmly chummy with mum openly. I also like how he can wear his feelings on his sleeve with such conviction. An innocence seems to be the result of such openness and I think that's what clinches the deal for Morrissey.
