Please, please, please . . . relax - you have just finished your exams, and you clearly worked so much harder for those than most people could ever manage to even consider doing - you deserve to slow down. Your body tells you so - please listen. Rest a while, and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you.

I am awfully sorry to hear about your job, though - where did you work? Are there any likely replacements nearby?

Get yourself to the hospital if you are not able to absorb fluids. You may be severely dehydrated.
