05:56 AM - Awwwww!
|

Just a quickie while the cherubs are at the park playing football with their Dad (a bit of a bonding session as he has been working the night shift for days and they were starting to forget what he looks like!) I have elected to stay at home and have a soak in the bath and let the three of them BOND to their hearts content (so selfless I know) Not looking forward to the muddy boots though.......
A little conversation from this morning that will melt even the hardest of hearts....
Rachel "Mum, I really do love Morrissey you know"
Me "And so do I...."
Rachel "What do you love about him then?"
Me "Everything....."
Rachel "But if you had to pick something?"
Me "Well firstly the music and secondly his
looks I guess."
Rachel "He is very handsome...but not as handsome
as Gavin!"
Gavin has been her boyfriend since she was three. She is now six. A pretty STEADY relationship for one so young I know but she is geniunely SMITTEN.
Me "What is it you love about Morrissey then?"
Rachel "Two things really. One is that he makes
you HAPPY!"
Me "Oh, thanks Mate....thats really sweet. Whats
the other one then?
Rachel "Most of all I love Morrissey for his TALENT!"
Me "Couldn't have put it better myself!"
Bless her little cotton socks! I try hard to be a good Mummy. Seems like I'm doing OK...I think!
Love Alma xxx

Jude was most upset yesterday when we were talking about our holiday and how mummy was going to see Morrissey.
"Jude see Moz?" he asked hopefully. "No" said Stef "just mummy and her friend"
"please mummy please, please jude see moz" he wailed dramatically over the play-doh! Oh Alma dear, what have we done creating these moz obsessed minors!
Noah-kins as we call him, has yet to be assimilated into this crazy world, he is much more obsessed with his feet!
Lots of love,
xxx
