I'm a Goddess that loves going out on the town at night wonderfully dressed and aiming to catch everyone's eye. I don't wander about too much during the day 'cause everyone knows "we look better under neon lights" ! The Man in Black, The King and Morrissey are my HOLY TRINITY! Michael Caine is the koolest kat and Bettie Page the klassiest kitten. Taking pictures, making short videos and editing is what I love to do. I recently quit working for t.v. and hope not to return to it too soon, though. I love the 20s-60s and especially 40s and 50s. I collect old vinyl records and 45's. PinUps: Cheesecake and Glamour photography always get me hooked. Reading biographies, history, mythology, science, science fiction, murder mysteries and watching bad movies is what I love to do curled up at home. I also love sexy, retro clothes and lingerie, going to shows, drinking with friends, travelling, cooking and eating exotic food and...causing the usual mayhem... Europe is my current playground and the whole world is here for me to conquer...when I'm ready...and not too lazy.

10:20 PM My Brendan Fraser dream

So I had a weird dream about Brendan Fraser...

He was making a movie so I asked for my old job back so I could...maybe...get to work with him. The weird part is that once I did the dream shifted entirely. It was all about why I left my job in the first place and then I just woke up...shame! Brendan looked soooo cute! In the dream I was supposed to take care of this HUGE cake for a scene and I remember cutting a piece 'cause I simply couldn't resist. I didn't even come close to Brendan, unfortunately. I'd love to work with him one day. He seems like a wonderful person.

My lovely friend Natalie and her cute hubby are on their way to the States, now and I am very jealous. They'll be touring the Southern states and that's always been a dream of mine. I've been thinking of doing a documentary about those areas for some years now. I just want to take it all in as much as possible I guess.

I'm off for my ritual morning coffee and reading the newspaper on my lovely balcony. Let's see if I can stop dreaming of Brendan for more than 5 minutes.

09:27 AM Only in a Blue Moon

I was enjoying the full moon last night! It was the second one in July, a phenomenon called "blue moon" which happens once in 2 and a half years. This year we'll have 13 full moons!

I enjoyed the wonderful view at a beach bar while drinking Sol beers . The bar is in a yaught marina, although not as ritzy as it sounds. Parked next to it is the owners old, wooden, mini, pirate ship (not really a pirate ship). It looks like a prop from "Pirates of the Carribean" but is very real. I wish I could learn a bit about it's history and adventures. The owner lives in it and although it's still floating in the marina in perfect shape I doubt it can sail. It really is beautiful. It's a shame I'm too shy to ask him about it but then again I'm sure many people have and he's probably sick of it.

03:34 AM The weekend is landing

Well luckily the Age Of Mythology game didn't get me. I'm quite surprised with myself to be honest...I've managed to steer clear from the game for about a week now.

I caught a re-run of Xena on t.v. and was glad it was an episode featuring the Great Bruce Campbell...he's just fantastic :)

I've been spending my VERY warm days sat out on the balcony and reading. The sun is too hot and my skin very pale. Last summer I was desperately trying to get a tan and after 4 months of sweating under the sun the result was truly pitiful!

I'll be going out for drinks tonight and this weekend. Something's happened to me and I find myself craving for cocktails of all variations and ingredients and they're so damn expensive!!! I don't like really sweet stuff and it's a shame most of them are...but maybe that's a good thing for me...shouldn't get drunk ALL the time. I recently tried Ernest Hemingway's famous mojito. It wasn't bad.

Bottoms up and a happy weekend to all :)

01:19 AM Morning minds want to know

Why does a breakfast cereal claiming to be healthy and help you lose weight have added sugar? I recently thought I'd try out some Special K in an attempt to eat healthy atleast once a day. It seemed ok when eaten on it's own but when I added the required milk the result was awfull! So I'm left without any breakfast again and the pack will surely be forgotten in the cupboard 'til I come home one morning after a night of heavy drinking and discover it in my pathetic state of "some food-any food-NOW!"

I was never a pc game freak but I recently purchased Age Of Mythology and I'm HOOKED!!! Why is it you only start out playing for 30 mins, TOPS and end up playing for over an hour? Then you look away from your computer screen and discover you can't see clearly...and your eyes hurt...and you feel like a zombie...and you tell yourself "never again"... oh well, I'm off to play for a bit...

01:13 AM Bustin' my journal cherry

This is my first entry...my first ever attempt at sharing my life through a live journal. Thanks to my lovely friend Natalie (the sweetest gal on earth) for getting me hooked on the idea. Let's see how long I'll be hooked for.

  I get bored very easily...
