OK so today is the last day before my coursework is handed in. I have about 3 days worth of work to do but hey, it'll get done. This fucking thing has been the bane of my life for the last 4 months and in 26 hours I hand it in. I realise it's going to be SUCH a shit day, and there'll probably be some tears of frustration and panic, but I'm endeavouring to stay calm and just DO it.

SO looking forward to Friday, and indeed the whole weekend. Friday is the S&G and I get to meet the very lovely Kes, as well as the unique Pillow. I'll also get to see Rallen, Lucky, Patrick, Squirrelhead, Wardie, James and lots of other lovely people, yay! On Saturday I think the plan is to wander Manchester with Kes and Lucky, then in the evening go to Rallen's for dinner with the parents, then onto his 'local' (which I'm informed is a 2 mile walk - EEEEK!). Sunday off to the moors (take me to....) for a walk and a pub lunch. How ideal. Unfortunately I have to drive back to grimy old Londinium Sunday aft but at least I'll be refreshed.

I can't wait to meet Rallen's parents, they seem so kind and lovely, especially his mum who's a bit of an eccentric spiritual type just like me! I'm not nervous about it as I would usually be, probably because I have a lot in common with her plus we're not a romantic couple so I'm not being judged!

Anyway I guess I must go and start working, it's now 8.20am. No doubt you'll see me in the chatroom at 1am in a state dribbling and crying lol.
