Hey you guys!

Well here I am in NYC! What am I doing on here then? Well I needed a rest so decided to check my emails. Also I've just spent $140 in the Hello Kitty shop so I CAN'T shop anymore! Ahem.

So New York is FABULOUS. Seen Central Park, Guttenheim (inc Picassos), Empire State etc etc. The vibe is so amazing and I just love it. And the FOOD! For breakfast I had pancakes, sausage, eggs, bacon and MAPLE SYRUP!!! How American is that! It was sooooooo nice, but that was 11am and it's now almost 8pm and I've not eaten since! Too full! Oops too many exclamation marks now. Me and the ex are getting on well too which is good. No awkwardness, we're old friends and we know each other well enough. After 10 years it would be pretty fucked up to have an atmosphere.

But yesterday (Sunday) was the best. Beautiful Melissa came down to NYC from Connecticut. I was SO looking forward to seeing her, more than anything else. Half an hour before I could barely contain myself. Then she was there. And she was even more beautiful and wonderful than I had remembered. She looked so....... AMAZING. I wanted to kiss her all over. So we had a wonderful day, my ex adored her and the feeling was mutual. Walked down to Soho and Little Italy and had the most wonderful Italian meal with wine and gorgeous desserts. A fitting meal for a perfect day. We then went back to the room before she had to leave and just sat and talked. I lay on the bed and she lay with her head on my chest. Perfect. I stroked her soft long hair and felt so happy. God, I sound so lovestruck lol.

Then we went back to Grand Central Station as she had to get her train home. If only it had been Saturday night. So we said our goodbyes full of fondness and love and sadness, and then kissed. And KISSED. And it was the most divine, loving, beautiful, sexy kiss ever. I just wanted to EAT her all up! I wanted the moment to last forever. Anyway, I watched her walk onto the train and then stood for a minute waiting for it to leave. Then when it didn't I left anyway, it was too sad. Like she said though, I'm sure we'll meet again really soon. When we first met in June we thought it would be another year or 2. Then we met in November. Then we thought it would be next summer at least, and it was February! Fate will bring us back together.
