I'm not the man you think I am...I am a poor freezingly cold soul...I have just discovered that prudence never pays. Now, we must wait for the right time

I'm singin' someone else's song

If you feel like leaving, I'm not gonna make you stay. That's to my departed friend.

So, anyway, imagine my horror when I found that Mrs.Shankly can relate to my journal entries! I must change my style of living, it's setting a bad example. Yes, the events of the weekend are probably best not spoke of. But, alas I shall.

Saturday was my work's night out. We went to a fancy Indian buffet place, spent far too much, then went out to a club. Despite some girl feeling my behind for about ten minutes, I did not interact with any young females that I did not know. Also, I did not attempt to have any emotive-driven interaction with any of the females that I did know. Celibacy is a great thing.

Don't you find that the worst point of Mrs.Shankly's journal is the end? The rest of it is fine, then when you think you've rode against the tide successfully, the "More soon" comment comes in like a dagger through the heart. Soul-destroying. Why I find it worthy of mention, I know not. I really shouldn't read such things so close to bedtime.

Well, time for boo-boo. Take care.

  • You're just as tedious, considering that anything written in your journal that has a grain of wit, is blatantly stolen from young Morrissey's letters to Mr. Robert Mackie.
    Why are you so interested?
Lay off and leave young Mrs. Shankley alone. Noone is forcing you to read her entries, or are you looking for words to scavenge?

  • You really are a piece of work, my friend. I just read through some of Mrs. Shankly's entries and if anything, I feel sorry for her. She doesn't bother anyone, yet you and some others seem to get some sort of high by knocking people who don't retaliate down.
Leave her alone. She seem's like a wonderful girl, and she has just as much of a right to be here as you do.
I hope to God you didn't scare her off with your acid fingers.
Mrs. Shankly, if you read this, please keep in mind that we're not all crashing bores!
What gives you the right to attack an innocent little girl anyway? Does it make you feel like a big man?
Just leave her alone and mind your own business.
