I know, I've deserted my journal lately. Just thought I'd come on and satiate your needs. Ho ho. Speaking of which, does anyone have any clue when this Morrissey world tour is going to take place? Doubtlessly it will be when I'm in France. Which would be *so* depressing for me.

Anyway, what's happened since I last posted up an entry? Well, the yearbook votes were counted in. Oh yes. So far, I am aware that I have won one category. And no, it's not "Happiest Person of the Year", or "Honest Person of the Year". No no, it is actually quite a prestigeous award in my eyes! Although it probably means nothing, but I just didn't think people thought of me in such a light. No, I won "Cutest Person of the Year"! How strange? I thought so too.

Besides, today I was working from 1pm-5pm. I saw C, sat next to her (rather, she sat next to me, seeing as I was already sitting when she came into the room) in the staff room before my shift started, didn't say much...Not exactly sure what the story is with her. Not sure that I want to...? No. I realise that I've used the word "no" quite often in this entry already. Is this my negative perspective on life coming to the fore? Em, maybe not...

Back to that Morrissey tour thing. How amazing is it that he should be playing Glasgow? That would be absolutely fantasticola, to quote a Rainbow character. I was listening to "Boy Racer" again today simply to keep me interested. But Morrissey in the summer would be some concert, I have to say. I would visualise the trip to the concert, for me anyway, to be very much like a music video that I would make for "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out". I really think I could make such a good music video director. But only for songs that I've already heard. Anybody want to hear my ideas for that video? Didn't think so.

I believe that's quite an accolade, being voted "Cutest Person in the Year" by your fellow students. A certain sort of prestige about it. You see, I didn't vote a "Cutest Boy of the Year" on my form, even although I was meant to, because I didn't deem any males worthy of the award. Besides the fact I thought that the award was markedly similar to the first award, "Best Looking Boy". Apparently not so, seeing as I won "Cutest Person". It's a nice touch anyway. Brightened up my Friday in any event.

Yet another day off tomorrow, to play football. Although the kick-off is at 9.15am (I have to ask myself: why?). Then, the Old Firm game is on in the afternoon. I'm quite worried, because I think Celtic are quite weak at the moment whereas Rangers are playing with a certain amount of confidence. I need to clear out my room tomorrow, seeing as the gas men are coming in on Monday to fit gas heaters. Which should mean that I shall write my journal entries in some sort of warmth from now on. Wahey!
