I'm going out dressed as Agent J (to be honest, I'm not sure if that's the correct Agent at all, but I know it's an initial of some form) from the Men in Black tonight. To achieve this superlative look, I am wearing a white shirt, black tie, and my work suit. Oh, and sunglasses. If I can find them.

This week has flown in. I've now been back at university for five weeks, or a month if you will, and it's been quite quick. Only seven weeks until we wind up for the Christmas break. It's all good, baby.

I got my hair cut yesterday. It was the longest it had been for quite a few years, beginning to cover my ears ang generally looking quite scruffy. So I used my initiative to get it cut (two weeks after it should have been) and have a shave to look a bit cleaner. I'm now reformed to my "boy next door" good looks. (Enter mirth and hilarity. Exeunt all but Hamlet.)

I bought my tickets to go and see "The Complete Stone Roses" yesterday. This year is looking like my most social yet, as all being well, I shall have attended three concerts by the year end. In so doing, I shall have doubled the total number of concerts I have ever attended. Isn't it exciting?

Oh, and I got a new phone on Wednesday; a Nokia 7250i. It's very smart, it has an integrated camera (for taking pictures of unsuspecting girls on my course: I really am a pervert in disguise, not even my MiB outfit can conceal it) and other cool things on it. It's quite possibly the best thing in my life at the moment.

Today marks the two-week anniversary of me and Claire's last act of communication. I haven't given her my new number.

So, I shall go and get ready now. What you thought you saw, you did not see.
