Best way from San Francisco to Fresno?

I am an Australian who is checking out the Moz shows from the 11th to the 16th (he just won't come to Australia) and was just wondering what the best way to get from San Francisco to Fresno was. Are there regular busses and if so where do I get one?

Also is there anyone else attending the same shows who would like to meet up? I don't know many people this side of the pacific.
