How can I get compressed zip files into iTunes?

    The songs won't drag in. Am I missing the obvious? Help would be greatly appreciated.

    why dont you just unzip them first, then drag?

    i tried dragging them individually. this did not work. how else could i unzip them?

  4. okay, forget about itunes for a second. just go to where your zip file is. right click the file. left click 'Extract All...'(should be about 4th option down). it will ask you where to send extracted files, choose a spot, probably same place you have your zip file. click next and you'll have all the songs in a new folder... and you can then put them anywhere you want (i.e. itunes).
